At Boxcar Creative Co., we work hard to ensure orders are produced accurately and delivered in a timely manner. Because many of our products are custom-made, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Order Processing

Most orders begin production after:

  • Final artwork approval

  • Payment or deposit is received

  • Product details and quantities are confirmed

Production times vary based on:

  • Order size

  • Product type

  • Customization requirements

  • Material availability

  • Current production schedule

Estimated turnaround times will be discussed during the quoting or approval process whenever possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and type of order.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Local Delivery (when available)

  • Local Pickup (when available)

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping speed selected.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Mount Vernon and Central Ohio area. Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout or during the ordering process.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Delays may occur

  • Returned packages may require additional postage to resend

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged products

  • Your order information

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Custom Products & Returns

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a production error or defect caused by us.

Please review all artwork proofs, sizes, quantities, and order details carefully before approval.
