What is the typical turnaround time?
Most embroidery orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval.
What artwork files work best?
Vector artwork is preferred for the cleanest embroidery results. If you’re unsure what file you have, we can help review it.
Is there a digitizing fee?
Yes. Embroidery requires artwork to be converted into a stitch file through a process called digitizing. This is a one-time setup fee. If you reorder using the same design, this fee will not apply again.
Do you make custom patches?
We do not produce patches in-house, but we work with a trusted partner for high-quality custom patches.
